Participants organize for an innovative exercise in tactical planning and goal setting.

Camp Jam will take up to 120 people selected by the client to be placed in the "Be a Rockstar in a Day" program. They will be placed in 10 bands and taught a song to perform by our Rockstar  Counselors. This 3 1/2 hour program will focus on our motto of being in a band is the ultimate in building potential andconfidence. The session begins with each team member deciding which instrument they will use and what role they will play in the band. The Counselor will take the lead role in helping with instrument choice and providing instructions on how to play each instrument. This is also the opportunity for the teams to select a name for their band and choose a song to perform.

Rehearse

Once the teams have selected theirinstruments, band names and song, the Counselor leads the team in the rehearsal process. Each member is given oneon- one instruction on how to play the song that the team will perform. The team collaborates and works together in order to accomplish a solid and flawless performance.
